On arriving at Noosa Springs, one could be forgiven for believing that we had arrived at the South Pole with temperatures hovering around 5 degrees, but once the sun came up and everyone started to thaw out and enjoy what turned out to be a magnificent day at the beautifully presented Noosa Springs Resort, where Dhiya Rampersad (North Lakes) and Liam Dawson (Caloundra) made the most of the perfect conditions to………

Record wins with solid rounds of 82 and 78 respectively.

Liam’s performance should be applauded, given that he put himself in some incredibly bad positions on several occasions but still walked away with pars which was spectacular to watch, but not too good on Liam’s nerves.

“It wasn’t my best day at the office, but I was pretty proud of the way I scrambled out there today and held my nerve, Liam said.”

Once again, the numbers were down given that most of our juniors were away contesting other events or on school holiday’s, but we were happy with the juniors that turned up to play and enjoyed great day out.

The Invincibles Tour would like to pass on their thanks and appreciation to Mark Brady (Executive General Manager) for their very generous support.

It’s not by accident Noosa Springs has the reputation they have, it’s because they have a eye for detail and that shows in their Caterer’s, Bar & Office Staff, Ground Staff, and the team in the Pro Shop who had their course and facilities set up magnificently to host events, but most importantly, in the way they make everyone feel so welcome.

Congratulations to Dhiya Rampersad (North Lakes p-1 below) and Liam Dawson (Caloundra p-2) who qualified for The Invincibles 2019 IGA Sunshine Coast Junior Masters Championship that will be hosted by the very generous and supportive Twin Waters, Peregian Golf Course, Pelican Waters, and Noosa Springs Golf & Spa Resort during the last week of the September School holidays (29th of September to the 2nd of October – 2019).
