The Invincibles Sunshine Coast Junior Golfing Tour began in November 2003 as a direct response to the needs of our region's junior golfers who required coaching, encouragement and guidance to reach their full potential.

The Invincibles and Sunshine Coast Junior Golfing strive to promote integrity and sportsmanship in a safe and friendly environment. They also provide the kids with the best opportunity to follow their dreams and meet new friends.

The Invincibles are committed to providing young people with an opportunity to build on both their golf skills and life skills. We also aim to nurture and promote the growth and development of junior golf on Queensland's Sunshine Coast through our Junior Development Program to anyone wishing to be involved.

Our region's children enjoy their golf but have been frustrated to some extent by the lack of facilities and programs to practice their golf. Their need for a social environment to make new friends and experience of playing different courses was obvious.

In November 2003, The Invincibles and their tour evolved as a direct response to the needs of our region's junior golfers who required coaching, encouragement and guidance. The initiative has been a resounding success with requests for membership from the Gold Coast to Beaudesert, Toowoomba up to Kingaroy and across to Tin Can Bay and all clubs in between. The Invincibles and Sunshine Coast Junior Golfing strive to promote integrity and sportsmanship in a safe and friendly environment. Our success would not have been possible without the support of our incredible support team and generosity of our sponsors who strive to give The Invincibles the best opportunity to follow their dreams. We are committed to providing young people with an opportunity to build on their golf skills as well as life skills by nurturing and promoting the growth and development of junior golf on the Sunshine Coast with our Junior Development Program. Our juniors are taught the rules, scoring and etiquette of the game while receiving guidance on the appropriate people skills required for golf and life in general. The Invincibles totally support any club or organization, particularly The Greg Norman Junior Foundation without defragging or undermining genuine development programs. Golf is an honorable game and we intend to preserve its honor while further enhancing its appeal to the younger generation with encouragement and support. The Invincibles Sunshine Coast Junior Golfing Tour runs all year round accept for a break over the Christmas holidays with teenagers and children seventeen years or younger invited to participate. We welcome all children regardless of their club affiliation or handicap. The only prerequisite is to “enjoy the game of golf” and have a friendly disposition.
