After some very ordinary weather of late, Caboolture turned on a brilliant day for golf where both James Macklin (Nudgee) and Annie Choi (Robina Woods) put in rounds of 71 to be named “boy and girl” Caboolture Junior Classic Champions for 2012.

James Macklin (Nudgee) and Karis Davidson (Robina Woods) both qualified for The Invincibles IGA Sunshine Coast Junior Masters Championship to be hosted by Twin Waters, Pelican Waters, Peregian Springs and Noosa Springs during the second week of the September School holidays.

Trent Easton (Bribie Island) turned in a brilliant round of 66 nett to win the Hyatt Coolum Course Cup and qualify for the Hyatt Regency Coolum Gold Cup of Cups Championship which will be hosted by the Hyatt Regency Coolum on the Sunday Prior to the Australian PGA Championship in December.

Congratulations to Hyun Jin Eum (Robina Woods) for his brilliant “Hole in One” which he achieved with the perfect 8 iron into the 126 meter par three eighteenth to the joy of everyone sitting on the balcony of the Caboolture Club House!
