In absolutely atrocious conditions the Greg Norman Foundation and the very challenging Mount Coolum Golf Club hosted the 2012 Titleist 2 Day Summer Classic where Jack Hulyer (Coolangatta / Tweed) and Annie Choi (Gold Coast Country Club) toiled hard against the elements to secure victory with rounds of 74 – 71 – 145 – 74 – 71 – 145 and 75 – 76 – 151 - 75 - 76 - 151 respectively. Lauren Mason (Horton Park) and Jack Hulyer (Coolangatta Tweed) both qualified for The Invincibles IGA Sunshine Coat Junior Masters Championship which will be hosted by Twin Waters, Noosa Springs, Peregian Springs and Pelican Waters during the September School holidays!

Lochlan Coleborn (Mt Coolum) won the first Hyatt Coolum Course Cup for 2012 with a combined nett score of 144 and in the process qualified for the Hyatt Regency Coolum Gold Cup of Cups Championship which will be contested at the Hyatt on the Sunday prior to the Australian PGA Championship in December!
